how about you guys make 1 or 2 well meaning tributes that survive, and then make 4 or 5 more that are not as developed. you pick which of your tributes survives. You could split up the districts. 1 question- are we starting at the start of the hunger games itself? i thought we could start the third day that the tributes get to train.
